Returns and exchanges

For BRUSSI JEANS the most important thing is that customers feel satisfied, accompanied by an excellent shopping experience and backed by the quality of the brand, the terms of changes are as follows:

  • The client has 30 calendar days to make any changes.
  • The change of the garments will be carried out with prior authorization to assess the status of the garments.
  • The garment must have the original labels, must not be altered in any component, must be clean, without prominent odors.
  • Changes are made between products from the same collection.
  • The changes are made for the same value of the garment initially acquired.
  1. Each garment for change must be clean, without wear, stains or odors and with labels. If received in the manner described above, it will be returned and the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
  2. We do not make cash returns.
  3. The product cannot be modified from its original state.
  4. Applies only to items purchased in the online store – does not include purchases at authorized points of sale.

The product warranty covers quality defects, does not cover mishandling, misuse, or poor washing of garments.

Shipping

You have the possibility to pay only the delivery against delivery (not the product).

Delivery times for Bogotá are 2 business days and nationwide are 3 to maximum 5 business days, the days are counted from the day after the dispatch.
